In
1892 geologist-oilman-entrepreneur John Schnitzius sold his citrus
business in Florida and moved to Dallas.
The nation was nearing the turn of the century and business in America
was booming. Seizing on this new climate of expansion John Schnitzius
along with his son, Thomas Harry, founded Schnitzius Manufacturing
Company of Dallas.
The company produced approximately 40 products ranging from mustards
and vinegar to horseradish. |
